When receiving goods or services with a donation, your charitable deduction is limited to the amount in excess of the fair market value of the goods or services provided.
In accordance with the Internal Revenue Service guidelines, OneCry maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds once a tax-deductible receipt is issued. In practice, OneCry honors the donor’s request for any of the recommended designations. In rare cases when that is not possible, gifts will be used Where Needed Most. Therefore, donors explicitly release OneCry from any restrictions on how those funds are spent.
